Hello my lovelies. I hope everyone had a great weekend. I did, and am trying the best I can to be chipper and get through this week.I was busy busy busy this weekend but at the same time had a completely relaxing time.
I redid my front entrance to our house. I woke up early Sunday morning to try and beat the heat. Luckily I had two workers (my 12 and 11 year old) who helped me pull weeds and re-pot some plants.
I received these planters from a friend a few months ago. They aren't real stone but the surface is very porous so I knew paint would take to it easy. I ended up just buying some spray paint to make the job easier. I am in love with the front of the house now. I still have some work to do and I wish I was home to do it!
I had a craft brunch with my girlfriends Rare Bird and Dysfunctional Crafter. Thanks ladies for the good times, food, and conversation!
I also found two cool teal retro chairs out on the curb in my neighborhood. I'm going to clean them up and I'll share when I do. So as you can see I had a creative filled weekend...thats probably why I feel so relaxed ;)

Love these! I have two huge hibiscus plants by my door. They are taking over. I could use something more subdued. These are nice.
