If you like turquoise...

Then you must follow House of Turquoise. I have always been drawn to the color ever since my mother painted my bedroom walls the color as a child. It was also the color of choice that sat in the glass Heinz ketchup bottle in our kitchen. My parents used it as an inexpensive play form of art. Back then I just thought it was weird. Thank you so much Erin for putting into the spotlight a color that just makes life that much more colorful!

Go beyond those doors...

...come and make yourself something yummy to eat...

...and then rest your head.

Beautiful!

I read somewhere recently that turquoise is the official colour of 2010. I've been seeing it a lot at the designer household boutiques in town here and have been trying to work out how to incorporate some into my apartment!

Funny, Ethan and I were having lunch and discussing shades of blue.. my favorite is definitely turquoise. I have splashes in my home via vases, and other little things, but I wish I could paint the shelves or walls in lovely turquoise... ah well.

Cadence wore a "toycoise" headband to school today because it's her friend's favorite color.

I guess that theory about women dressing for other women (and not men) has no age criteria.

Love this.

I have been debating for a while now what color to do my bedroom. It has been cream and earthy tones and I want some real color in there now. You just made up my mind for me. I love the feel of these rooms. Thanks!!

I have a turquoise accent wall in my apartment.
Painted my room when i got laid off last year. Turquoise wall where the windows are, and the rest of the room is a Sand color.
:)
